It might also be a unique opportunity to see Old Welsh Oak in its raw form, to appreciate its beauty as well as to experience the different processes required to create your finished product.
Choosing your own piece of Oak. This can include a manufactured straight edge finish or a more natural live edge finish. You may prefer a uniform grain or one with different patterns and features. We can use oak in isolation or make a stunning product by sympathetically employing resin to create the ‘River Table’ effect.
We use the highest quality resin on the market to ensure maximum strength at all thicknesses. Our epoxy resin gives a superior finish with breathtaking colour highlights when combined within any design feature.
There are 16 different resin colours to choose from.
We love the look of good aged Oak paired with metal especially for dining and coffee tables. We can create any look that you like from ‘X frame’ legs, square or a more traditional corner leg design. If you prefer a piece entirely worked in natural timber we can create many different and interesting leg designs in Oak.
Every design is bespoke. If there is anything you would like include into your design such as a wedding bouquet, a personal name, house name, gun cartridges etc. They can be submerged within resin to make beautiful lasting and meaningful keepsakes of special memories.
We can provide inlaid led lighting features, power supplies and switches etc.
CW Oak design also caters for the Corporate market creating conference tables, desks, bar tops etc. Which can be based around your logo or name and appear in Company colours.
We create everything from dining tables, coffee tables, desks, kitchen work tops and islands, bed headboards and much more. All our products are finished with ‘Osmo Oil’ which contains natural oils and is safe for food preparation.
